乘用车梯形臂熔模铸造工艺设计
摘要
采用Pro/E软件对梯形臂的成形工艺进行设计
利用ProCAST软件对浇注过程进行模拟
并对铸造工艺进行了优化
最后采用ANSYS对梯形臂进行有限元分析。结果表明
采用初始的铸造工艺方案
易产生缩孔、缩松缺陷
且主要集中在直浇道和铸件弯曲表面以下。将内浇道移至下方
在上方加出气口后
铸件缺陷明显减少。ANSYS分析表明
梯形臂最大弯曲应力为105.86 MPa
最大变形量为6.981 6mm
符合设计要求。
Abstract
The process of investment casting trapezoidal arm was designed by Pro/E software.The filling process was simulated by ProCAST software
and the pouring scheme was optimized by adding air outlet.The bending stress of trapezoidal arm was analyzed by ANSYS.The results reveal that with the initial process design
shrinkage porosities(holes)is easily generated
which are concentrated in the sprue and bending surface of the arm castings.The ingate is modified to the bottom with adding air outlet at the top
and casting defects can be reduced greatly.ANSYS analysis shows that the maximum bending stress and the maximum deformation reach 105.86 MPa and 6.981 6 mm
