工艺参数对铝合金梯级铸件压铸过程的影响
摘要
用Solid Edge软件对铝合金梯级及浇注系统进行三维建模
选取9组工艺参数
用ProCAST软件对梯级的三维模型进行网格划分
然后对梯级的充型和凝固过程进行模拟
并对梯级可能存在的缺陷进行预测和分析
最终确定最优工艺参数。当模具预热温度为190℃
铝合金浇注温度为620℃
压射速度为5m/s时效果最好。
Abstract
3 D model of the aluminum alloy stair with gating system was established by Solid Edge software.Through selecting nine sets of parameters and applying the ProCAST software to enmesh grids of the 3 D model of the stair
the filling and solidification process of the stair were simulated
and the defects in the stair were predicted and analyzed.Finally
the appropriate processing parameters were determined as follows:preheating mould at 190℃and pouring liquid alloy at 620℃ with injecting velocity of5 m/s.
