采用低压铸造A356铝合金轮毂进行试验,在固溶时间和时效时间不变的条件下,对同一批次的轮毂毛坯进行不同固溶温度和时效温度的分析。结果表明,轮毂在555℃固溶温度下进行连续热处理将产生过烧,在545℃固溶+150℃时效和550℃固溶+150℃时效下得到的铸件性能较好。
At a given solid solution time and aging time,effects of different solid solution temperature and aging temperature on performance of A356 low pressure cast aluminum alloy wheels were investigated.The results reveal that at solid solution temperature of 555℃,aging treatment can lead to the over burning of alloy wheel.At 545 ℃ solid solution and 150 ℃ aging or at 550 ℃ solid solution and 150 ℃aging,A356 alloy wheel exhibits the desirable performace.
