AZ91D镁合金热变形行为及加工图研究
摘要
采用等温恒速率压缩试验研究了铸态AZ91D镁合金的热变形行为
根据试验结果
基于动态材料模型建立了应变为0.4和0.6时的热加工图。结果表明
AZ91D镁合金的流变应力随着变形温度升高或应变速率降低而减小
流变应力曲线呈现明显的应变软化特征
AZ91D镁合金热加工失稳区随着压缩变形量的增加有扩大的趋势
在高温高应变速率失稳区
导致变形失稳的主要原因是绝热剪切引起的晶界裂纹;在低温高应变速率失稳区
不均匀动态再结晶细晶区形成局部剪切带是引起变形不均匀和流变失稳的主要机制。
Abstract
The hot compression test was carried out to investigate the deformation behaviors of as-cast AZ91 D magnesium alloy.According to the experimental results
the hot processing maps of the AZ91 D atε=0.4 andε=0.6 were established based on dynamic material model(DMM)theory.The results reveal that the flow stress is decreased with the increase of temperature or the decrease of strain rate.The flow stress curves exhibit the characteristics of strain softening obviously.Hot working instability region of AZ91 Dalloy exhibits the increasing tendency with increasing in deformation rate.At high temperature and high strain instability region
deformation instability is controlled by the adiabatic shear band and crack
while at low temperature and high strain instability region
un-even deformation and flow instability are attributed to the formation of partial shearing band at un-even dynamic recrystalization fine area.
