摘要

利用光学显微镜（OM）和扫描电镜（SEM）观察Ce和Zr对7150合金铸态及均匀化显微组织的影响。结果表明

在7150合金中添加微量Zr、Ce

对合金铸态组织细化效果明显;均匀化过程中

Ce能促进Mg、Zn溶进基体

但增加了7150合金均匀化退火的难度

处理过程中形成了大块状多边形的结晶相Al

使后续加工中出现裂纹的风险增加。

Abstract

The effects of trace rare earth Ce on microstructure of as-cast and homogenization Zr-containing 7150 alloys were investigated by optical microscope（OM）and scanning electron microscope（SEM）.The results reveal that the trace Zr and Ce can refine greatly 7150 alloy.In the process of homogenization

trace Ce can promote the dissolution of element Mg and Zn into the matrix

however

it can inhibit the homogenization annealing of 7150 alloy.In the treatment process

the Al

Ce phase with large block polygons can be obserevd

which increases the crack source of subsequent processing.
