钠基膨润土对铝矾土涂料性能的影响
摘要
采用铝矾土和滑石粉为耐火骨料
钠基膨润土和CMC为复合悬浮剂
六偏磷酸钠和水玻璃组成粘结剂
以水为载体
加入适量的消泡剂和表面活性剂。CMC加入量为0.5%
水玻璃为5%
六偏磷酸钠为6%(各成分加入量均为占耐火骨料的质量分数)。改变钠基膨润土的加入量
测试涂料的密度、pH值、粘度、悬浮性、流平性、涂挂量、滴淌性和强度等性能
研究钠基膨润土对涂料性能的影响。试验发现
钠基膨润土加入量为5%时
涂料具有最佳的综合性能。
Abstract
Taking bauxite and talcum powder as refractory aggregates
sodium bentonite and CMC as suspending agent
hexametaphosphate and water glass as compound binder as well as water as the carrier with appropriate antifoaming agent and surfactant
bauxite coating was prepared
in which CMC is0.5%
water glass is 5%and sodium hexametaphosphate is 6%(the amount of each additive is the mass percentage of aggregate).By changing the amount of sodium bentonite
based on testing the coating density
pH value
viscosity
suspension
strength
leveling
smearing and dripping properties
the effect of sodium bentonite on the coating performance was analyzed.The results reveal that the coating has the desirable comprehensive performance with 5% sodium bentonite.
