铝合金消失模铸造用醇基涂料研究

用莫来石作为主加耐火骨料,滑石粉、硅藻土、云母粉为辅加耐火骨料,累托石和凹凸棒土为复合悬浮剂,采用酚醛树脂和白乳胶为复合粘结剂,设计了正交试验法,制备出一种可用于铝合金消失模铸造的醇基涂料。试生产结果表明,涂料涂层强度及透气性良好,在浇注过程中无跑火、无反喷,涂层成整块烧结,成形铸件表面光洁、无气孔、无粘砂。
Through using the mullite as the main addition to the refractory,talcum powder,diatomaceous earth,mica powder for the auxiliary refractory aggregate,rectorite and attapulgite for the composite suspension agent and phenolic resin as well as white latex as a composite binder,an alcohol-based lost foam casting coating for aluminum alloy was prepared by orthogonal experiment and differential analysis.The results show that the coating prepared presents the satisfied strength and good permeability in the casting process with absence of fire,back spraying as well as the whole sintering,meanwhile,castings surface is clean without porosity and sand.
