Abstract
The hydraulic pump cover with left and right symmetrical structure was designed on a set of die casting die with two parts in one mould
which could reduce the cost of mould manufacturing and improve the production efficiency.The mould structure exhibits compact due to symmetrical layout cavity and horizontal and downcast core pulling mechanism.Core structure with the insert type core is more reasonable.The pouring system which is the first to fill the deep cavity of the mold and the overflow slot arranged on the parting surface can optimize the exhaust and slag discharge capacity of the die.The practical production shows that the die structure has the economical and reasonable features
