80 slices images of each of the two areas of AZ91 Dmagnesium alloy were obtained by continuous sectioning technique

and then the images were treated including cleaned

rotated and aligned

at last

the finished images were reconstructed to 3 Dstructures using Image J and Mimics

respectively

to understand their structure feature.It can be seen from the reconstructed three-dimensional structure of AZ91 D magnesium alloy that the primary phaseα-Mg occupies a larger volume

and other phase content is relatively low.The measurement results are consistent with the experimental ones.
