激光熔覆SiCp/Ni35覆层热熔损性能研究

通过激光熔覆工艺在H13钢表面制备了SiC

Ni@SiC

/Ni35和Cu@SiC

/Ni35复合覆层。对3种激光熔覆层在700℃进行2h铝液静态热熔损试验
测量试样的熔损质量。采用SEM-EDS观察和分析熔覆层的组织和成分
分析并研究SiC
p
/Ni35熔覆层在铝液中的腐蚀机理。结果表明
H13钢的熔损质量损失为熔覆层质量损失的16

3倍
各熔覆层熔损质量差别不大。熔覆层Al/Ni接触扩散偶新生相形核时间长
Al在熔覆层中扩散速度低导致熔覆层抵抗铝热熔损性能显著提高。
Abstract
The SiC

/Ni35
Ni@SiC
p
/Ni35 and Cu@SiC
p
/Ni35 composite coatings on H13 steel were prepared by laser cladding.Three kinds of coatings were immersed in molten aluminum for 2 hat 700℃to measure the melting losses of samples.The microstructure and phase constituent of corroded coatings were observed by SEM and EDS.The corrosion mechanism of the coating in molten aluminum was described.The results show that the melting loss of H13 steel is 16

3 times of that of three kinds of coatings
and the loss weight of the three coatings exhibits absence of apparent difference
which are attributed to the long nucleation time of new phase in Al/Ni contact diffusion couple and the low diffusion velocity of Al resulting in high anti-corrosion resistance of coating in molten aluminum.
