TiAl合金熔模铸造型壳退让性研究
摘要
熔模铸造型壳的退让性直接影响TiAl合金铸件的成形质量。型壳退让性评价没有统一的标准
导致TiAl合金熔模铸造型壳工艺技术提升缓慢
无法满足TiAl合金铸件的成形要求。采用型壳室温抗弯强度、高温型壳挠度作为型壳退让性评价方法
判断不同粘结剂型壳的退让性差异。结果表明
硅溶胶型壳室温强度高、塑性差、高温强度较高
硅酸乙酯型壳室温强度低于硅溶胶型壳
高温强度更低
但塑性相对较好
硅酸乙酯型壳的退让性优于硅溶胶型壳。通过型壳三点弯曲强度测试和高温挠度测试
可以对TiAl合金熔模精密铸造型壳退让性进行有效判定。
Abstract
Deformability of an investment casting shell affects directly forming quality of TiAl alloy castings.There exists absence of general standard for evaluation of shell deformability
which results in a slow development of process technology of TiAl alloy investment casting shell and can’t meet requirements of the formation of TiAl alloy castings.Room temperature bending strength and high temperature deflection are taken as evaluation method of the shell deformability for judging the differences of deformability of mold shells made by different types of binder.The results show that silica sol shell has a high room-temperature strength
poor plasticity and a higher high-temperature strength.The room-temperature strength of ethyl silicate shell is the lower than that of the silica sol shell
and the high temperature strength is much lower
while the plasticity is relatively excellent.It can be concluded that the deformability of ethyl silicate shell is the better than that of silica sol shell.The deformability of the TiAl alloy investment precision casting shell can be estimated effectively by using three point bending strength tests and high temperature deflection tests.
