摘要

基于热传导反算法

自主开发了传热系数反算程序。该反算法需要根据测温数据来确定材质间的界面传热系数。设计了单向重力铸造试验

基于试验中靠近界面处位置测得的温度

求解得到了GKMS60铜合金和模具铜之间的传热系数。结果表明

界面传热系数变化主要发生在液-固相区间

其变化范围在1 000～2 700 W/（m

·K）之间。将反算得到的界面传热系数运用到低压铸造模拟当中

提高了模拟结果的准确性。

Abstract

Based on inverse heat conduction

the anti-arithmetic program of heat transfer coefficient was developed.In the process of calculating the ITHC

the inverse analysis method is dependent on experiment temperature data.Unidirectional gravity casting experiment was designed.The interface heat transfer coefficient of GKMS60 copper and copper chill was obtained based on measured temperatures near the interface position.The results reveal that the IHTC is changed in the range of approximately1 000～2 700 W/（m

·K）in the liquid-solid phase zone.By applying the identified IHTC into low-pressure casting simulation

accuracy of the numerical simulation was improved effectively.
