同时监测铸造企业的原材料进货数据以及铸件销售数据
规范铸造企业的生产加工行为
逐步落实生产加工主体责任并提高监管效率
同时结合二维码赋码和打印技术
使经销商、消费者对购买铸件实时可查
最终实现铸件的追溯。
Abstract
The real-time monitoring system for castings was developed
which could really-time monitor the foundry enterprise basic data
production and sales accounting data the foundry raw material purchase data as well as casting sales data.Meanwhile
it could standardize the production and processing enterprises casting and processing behavior
and gradually implement the main responsibility for production and processing as well as improving regulatory efficiency.In addition
combined with two-dimensional code and printing technology
dealers and consumers can check real-time inspection of castings
and ultimately to achieve real-time monitoring of castings.
