采用电脉冲与Mn复合处理工艺对Al-Si合金熔体进行处理

通过金相显微镜与X射线衍射仪对基体组织中Fe相大小、形态、分布进行了表征和分析

测试了其力学性能。结果表明

电脉冲处理可使细长针状的β-Fe相碎断

添加Mn后

β-Fe相有向汉字状α-Fe相转变的趋势。同时

复合处理可以降低Mn的添加量

与单一的Mn处理技术相比

Al-Si合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了7.6%和4.2%。

A compound treatment of conventional Mn modification and electric pulse modification（EPM）was carried out to optimize the size

morphologies and distributions ofβ-Fe phases in Al-Si alloys by OM and XRD.Additionally

the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys were measured by tensile strength testing.The results show that after EPM

the length-needleβ-Fe phases are cracked into small pieces and present a trend to Chinese scriptα-Fe phases with increasing in Mn content.Meanwhile

as compared to the conventional Mn modification

the compound treatment can reduce the addition of Mn

and the tensile strength and elongation of Al-Si alloys are increase by 7.6% and 4.2%

respectively.
