Abstract
The change of microstructure and hardness of the TA2 alloy was analyzed after heat treatment at 600
700
800 and 910 ℃for 2 h.Microstructural observation of TA2 was carried out at air cooling
water cooling and furnace cooling.The results reveal that with increasing in holding temperature
grain size in the alloy is increased.Compared with the air cooling and water cooling
furnace cooling presents the more effects of coarsening grain size.Hardness testing shows that TA2 alloy with different thickness exhibits the maximum value at 910 ℃for 2 hafter water cooling.
