双辊铸轧AE45镁合金板材的组织及性能

将铸轧工艺与合金化相结合,向AE45镁合金中添加稀土La和Ce制备了高强度、低成本的镁合金板材。通过观察其组织,发现稀土元素细小且均匀分布于基体中,铸轧板材常温抗拉强度可达到376 MPa。并与缓慢冷却得到的合金进行对比,验证了快速冷却对材料的细晶作用。
Combining with alloying and cast-rolling method,rare earth elements La and Ce were added into AZ series magnesium to fabricate magnesium sheet with high tensile strength and low cost.The microstructure of the Mg alloy sheet was observed by OM and SEM.The results reveal that fine rare earth phases are distributed uniformly in the matrix,and tensile strength can reach 376 MPa.And then,compared with the cast-rolling sheet with cast magnesium alloy produced by slow cooling,the results show that rapid cooling exhibits the higher refined grain effect.
