薄壁铝合金壳体铸件渗漏问题的工艺改进
摘要
针对薄壁铝合金壳体铸件在机加工后进行0.2 MPa的气密性检查时存在渗漏问题
通过对铸件的结构和工艺进行分析和改进
确立采用树脂砂砂型铸造工艺进行试制
利用AnyCasting模拟软件进行模拟
并完善和改进了工艺措施。试生产结果表明
改进工艺后
铝合金壳体铸件一次性气密性检测合格率由原来的14.3%提高到71%
达到提高铸件合格率的目的。
Abstract
Aimed at solving the air leakage problem(under the pressure of the 0.2 MPa)in the aluminum alloy shell castings
based on analysis of the structure and process of the castings
resin sand casting technique was adopted.In addition
with the help of the Anycasting software
the casting process was optimized.After improvement of the casting technique
the gualified rate of the air tightness of the aluminum alloy shell castings was improved from 14.3% to 71%.
