研究了铝合金流变成形工艺和间接挤压铸造成型件的组织与性能。结果表明
立式半固态挤压铸造成型机集底部送料、间接挤压铸造和内腔二次加压功能于一体。通过底部挤压充型铸造
可以避免金属液卷气。通过模具二次内腔加压
能对凝固金属进行有效补缩
显著提高铸件的组织与性能。
Abstract
The structure characteristics of 3 000 kN vertical semi-solid squeeze casting machine was described.The rheological process of aluminum alloy and the structure and properties of the aluminum alloy parts formed by rheological process combined with indirect squeeze casting were investigated.The results reveal that the vertical semi-solid squeeze casting machine is composed of bottom feeding
indirect squeeze casting and two-pressurization in the inner cavity.Entrapped-gas can be avoided by squeeze casting at the bottom.By the two-pressurization in the inner cavity of die
the solidified metal can be compensated effectively
and the microstructure and properties of the workpiece can be improved remarkably.
