ZL204A靴座铸件凝固成形工艺研究

以某ZL204A靴座铸件为研究对象
结合OM、SEM、拉伸性能试验机与FEM数值仿真计算
测试了其凝固成形工艺。结果表明
采用开放式充型凝固成形工艺
直浇道、横浇道、内浇道截面比为1∶5.8∶10
设置合理的冒口
借助FEM仿真计算优化
实现了顺序凝固。铸态平均晶粒尺寸约为84μm
T6态的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率分别为472 MPa、370 MPa与8.4%
断裂机制以韧窝断裂为主
附带部分沿晶断裂。
Abstract
The solidification process of ZL204 Aboot castings was analyzed by OM
SEM
universal mechanical performance testing machine and FEM simulation.The results show that a solidification sequence from bottom to top and from outside to inside can be realized by adopting the open free filling process combined with the design of section ratio of 1∶5.8∶10(sprue:riser:ingate)and the filling action of the riser at the end of solidification based on the optimization of the temperature and solidifi cation solid fraction distribution field by the FEM simulation.The average grain size in as-cast boot castings is only 84μm
and the average tensile strength
yield strength and elongation of the boot castings after T6 treatment reach 472 MPa
370MPa and 8.4%
respectively.The crack mechanism is characterized by micro-dimple with some intergranular fracture zone.
