半固态挤压铸造ZL117活塞中初生Si的组织演变

采用半固态挤压铸造方法制备了ZL117合金活塞,研究了活塞不同部位的初生Si的变化。结果表明,初生Si相等效直径由上至下变大,与上部相比,中部、下部分别增加17%和25%;活塞上部初生Si相的固相率比下部显著降低。活塞上部晶粒细化效果最好、Si含量较低,中、下部初生Si较粗大、含量较高。
Hypereutectic ZL117 alloy piston was prepared by semi-solid squeeze casting,and variation tendency of primary Si in different position of the piston was investigated through analysis of microstructure evolution.The results show that the diameter of primary Si particle and solid phase rate are increased from up to down.The diameters of middle and under parts are 16.6% and 24.7%larger than that of the up one,respectively.Meanwhile,the solid phase rate at the under part is 345% higher than that of the bottom part.It can be concluded that the Si content is the smaller than that of the middle and under parts,and in contrast with the middle and under parts,the Si refinement in the upper part is desirable.
