采用EDEM软件模拟移动送粉靴中粉末充型流动过程
并分析粉末充型的均匀性。结果显示
当送粉靴移动速度较低时
粉末以鼻流为主
型腔能够完全充满。而当送料靴移动速度增大后
粉末出现块流
送粉靴推动一部分粉末滑过型腔而来不及下落充型
型腔仅能部分充满。进一步建立了粉末填充率计算公式
为装粉工艺操作优化提供参考。
The EDEM software was used to simulate the flow of powder filling in the powder feeding boot
and filling uniformity of powder was analyzed.The results show that when the powder feeding boot moves at a low velocity
the powder flows with the nose type
and the cavity can be filled completely.When the moving velocity of the feeding boot is increased
the powder exhibits a block flow
and the feeding boot drives a part of powder to slide through the die cavity
so it is failure to fill into the mold cavity completely.The equation of powder filling rate is established
which can provide reference data for the optimization of powder filling process.
