汽车凸轮轴支架部件的压铸技术开发及品质控制
摘要
汽车凸轮轴支架铝合金零件的压铸成形在技术开发中存在一定的难度。针对某汽车凸轮轴支架铝合金的压铸成形
应用数值模拟
通过了解铝液流动充型状态与铸件缺陷的分布
确定了铸件的浇注系统与排气系统
大大缩短了模具的开发周期。同时在试模与试生产阶段
从浇注、工艺、模具等方面分析了不同缺陷产生的原因
并且提出了改善措施。结果表明
合理的浇注、排气系统与合理的冷却是获得高品质压铸件的关键。
Abstract
There exists some difficulty to the die-casting aluminum alloy bracket-camshaft.Based on numerical simulation for die-casting aluminum alloy bracket-camshaft
the filling process and casting defect distribution were understand to determine the gating system and exhausting system
so the development cycle of the mold was shortened greatly.Meanwhile
in trial-mould and trial-production process
origination of different defects was described including pouring process
mould
and the optimized measures were presented.The results show that it is a key for rational pouring process and exhausting system as well as cooling system for obtaining high-quality die casting bracket-camshaft.
