通过调整加工工序
提高了产品质量和生产效率
降低了生产成本。对比分析了热处理工艺对中强度铝合金线材性能的影响
确定热处理合金杆方案的可行性。改进工艺后
缩短了工艺流程
而且铝杆的抗拉强度、伸长率、电导率都有所提高。经生产验证
线材合格率达到100%。
Abstract
The heat treatment of medium strength aluminum alloy was investigated. Through adjusting processing procedures
quality of the product and the production efficiency were improved
and product cost was decreased.Effects of different heat treatment on performance of medium strength aluminum alloy wire were analyzed comparatively to determine the feasibility of heat treatment. The results reveal that through adjusting procedures to reduce process procedures
the tensile strength
elongation and electric conductivity of the wire can be improved.The practical production exhibits that the qualified rate of the wire is 100%.
