高炉铜冷却壁的应用及研究现状
摘要
针对目前炼铁高炉大型化、长寿化的发展趋势
从铜冷却壁应用历史及优势、铜冷却壁加工制造工艺及其在国内外的应用现状等方面对其进行了阐述。同时
对近年来铜冷却壁失效事故进行了总结分析
并对同材质内微量元素、铜材"氢病"现象、铜冷却壁挂渣稳定性等影响其寿命的因素进行了讨论
指出了铜冷却壁应用中存在的问题
并提出了发展方向。
Abstract
Aiming at the trend of large and long life blast furnace
it was described for application history and current application status at home and abroad
the advantages and the manufacturing process. Meanwhile
the main damage accidents of copper cooling staves since 2010 were summarized and analyzed
and affecting factors such as trace elements content in copper
the hydrogen embrittlement of copper and the stability of adherent dross were discussed. Finally
the problems and future of cooper cooling stave were presented.
