轴承座熔模铸造工艺设计及优化
摘要
通过对轴承座的形状、结构以及使用环境的分析
设计了轴承座熔模铸造工艺方案
并用View Cast软件对铸件的凝固过程进行了模拟。结果表明
在浇注系统的顶层处出现缩孔、缩松缺陷。根据数值模拟结果并结合理论分析
对铸造工艺方案进行了改进:将圆形冒口改为腰圆形冒口
采用阶梯浇注系统实现铸件的顺序凝固。结果表明
优化后的工艺能有效地消除缩松、缩孔缺陷。
Abstract
Through analysis of the shape
structure and application environment of the bearing housings
the investment casting process of the bearing housings was designed and the solidification process was simulated by using the View Cast software.The results show that the shrinkage porosities and shrinkage holes occur at the top of the gating system.According to the simulated results combined with the theoretical analysis
the casting process was modified.Through improving riser to waist type feeding and ladder type gating system
casting sequential solidification was realized.The simulated results show that the optimized process can eliminate effectively the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects.
