某典型复杂薄壁铝合金支架铸件采用ZL114A合金
基于支架铸件结构形状与铸造工艺难点分析
试验设计了熔模与石膏型复合型壳结合低压铸造成形工艺进行生产。结果表明
通过在铸件薄壁区域增设加强筋与排气条、优化低压充型及T6热处理参数
有效解决了薄壁支架铸件的浇不足、缩松等缺陷
生产出了高性能的合格铸件。
Abstract
A typical thin-walled complex bracket was produced with ZL114 Acasting alloy.Based on analysis of structure shape and casting difficulties of the bracket
composite investment shell mold and gypsum mold combined with low-pressure casting process was designed.The results reveal that by adding the enhanced rib and exhausted slot in thin-walled location of the bracket to optimizing parameters of low-pressure casting and T6 heat-treatment
misrun and shrinkage porosities in bracket can be elininated successfully
and the qualified bracket is produced successfully.
