摘要

通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、面扫描、差热分析和拉伸测试

研究了采用稀土Sm部分替代稀土Ce、La对A（Ce、La）44镁合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明

Sm部分替代Ce、La后

不会改变A（Ce、La）44合金微观组织的分布

但会析出新的高温相Al

Sm和Al

且A（Ce、La、Sm）44和A（Ce、La）44两种合金中均不含有低熔点相Mg

;A（Ce、La、Sm）44合金的固-液相温度区间及铸造性能与A（Ce、La）44合金相当;A（Ce、La、Sm）44合金的室温和高温强度与A（Ce、La）44合金没有明显差异

在200℃时两种合金的抗拉强度均在100 MPa以上

屈服强度都在90 MPa以上

伸长率超过30%。

Abstract

Effects of Sm partial substituted Ce

La on microstructures and properties of the A（Ce

La）44 magnesium alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy

energy dispersive spectroscopy

surface scanning

differential thermal analysis and tensile testing.The results show that the eutectic phase of AE44 alloy is also mainly distributed at grain boundaries after Sm partly substituted Ce

and new high-temperature phase Al

Sm and Al

are generated.Meanwhile

absence of low melting point Mg

phase in A（Ce

Sm）44 alloy and A（Ce

La）44 alloy can be observed.The castability and solid-liquid phase temperature rang of A（Ce

Sm）44 alloy is similar to that of A（Ce

La）44 alloy.The ambient and high temperature strength of A（Ce

Sm）44 alloy is similar to that of A（Ce

La）44 alloy
