摘要

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜（SEM）、能谱分析（EDS）、硬度和电导率测试等方法

研究了均匀化后不同冷却方式对2219铝合金铸锭组织与性能的影响。结果表明

铸态2219铝合金存在严重晶界偏析

晶界处的共晶组织呈蜂窝状;均匀化后共晶组织减少

沿晶界分布的主要为球状、块状的Al

Cu相和针状的Al

（Fe

Mn）相;均匀化后直接水冷

晶粒内部基本没有析出物;随着出炉温度降低

晶内第二相含量增加、尺寸粗化

经时效后硬度下降

电导率上升。

Abstract

Effects of cooling modes on microstructure and properties of the 2219 aluminum alloy ingot after homogenization were investigated using optical microscopy

scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive

hardness and electrical conductivity testing.The results show that the semi-continuous casting ingot presents a honeycomb-shaped eutectic microstructure on the grain boundary with severe segregation.The spherical and bulk-shaped CuAl

phases and accicular Al

（Fe

Mn）phases are distributed along grain boundary after homogenization.Absence of second phases precipitated within the grains can be observed after water quenching at 530 ℃.During the close furnace cooling process

with the quenching temperature decrease

the volume fraction and size of the second phases precipitated within the grains are increased.As a result

the hardness is decreased and the electrical conductivity is increased of the alloy after artificial aging treatment.
