探讨了复杂阀体制壳过程中加速型壳内腔干燥速度的方法。在硅溶胶制壳过程中
阀体内腔常因干燥不良造成铸造缺陷
且因整个制壳过程型壳干燥速度过低而大大延长了制壳周期。设计了加速型壳干燥的装置后
明显缩短了制壳周期
大幅度减少了因型壳干燥不良造成的铸造缺陷。
Abstract
The method of accelerating shell mold drying rate was analyzed in the process of making shell with complex cavity body.In the process of silica sol shell making
casting defects often occur in the inner cavity of the valve body as a result of poor drying.Shell mold drying speed is too slow in the whole shell making process
seriously affecting the shell making cycle.Through designing the device for accelerating the drying speed of shell mould
the casting defects caused by poor shell mold drying are decreased greatly.Meanwhile
