保压压力对铝车轮低压铸造的影响
摘要
利用计算机模拟研究了不同保压压力下铝车轮低压铸造的凝固过程
探讨了提高保压压力后的铸造可行性。结果表明
保压压力的增大可加快铸件凝固速度
晶粒组织更致密;铝车轮力学性能更优
屈服强度提高了15%
伸长率提高了70%
铝车轮抗冲击能力也得到改善。
Abstract
Solidification process of low pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel at different holding pressure was visualized by a software to analyze feasibility of low pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel at the higher holding pressure.The results reveal that with increasing in holding pressure
solidification rate of the alloy is increased
and microstructure of the aluminum alloy wheel is more compact
so yield strength and elongation of the wheel are increased by 15% and 70%
respectively.Meanwhile
impact resistance of the aluminum alloy wheel is improved.
