摘要

在Al-0.01Zr-0.02B合金中添加微量的Er

利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜等进行组织观察分析

并对合金的力学和电学性能进行了测试

研究了Er对Al-0.01Zr-0.02B合金的影响。结果表明

微量Er的加入使得Al-0.01Zr-0.02B合中生成了Al

Er、Al

（ZrEr）等第二相粒子

组织结构得到细化

综合性能得到提高。

Abstract

The microstructure of Al-0.01Zr-0.02 Balloy conductor wire with trace Er element was observed and analyzed by optical microscopy

scanning electron microscopy

transmission electron microscopy

and the mechanical and electrical properties were measured to understand effects of Er element on Al-0.01Zr-0.02 Balloy.The results show that with the addition of trace Er element

the second phase particles Al

（ZrEr）are generated and microstructure of the Al-0.01Zr-0.02 Balloy is improved

so the comprehensive performance is improved.
