摘要

为改善传统铸造TC4合金显微组织粗大以及成分偏析等问题

采用混合元素法

冷等静压成形制备粉末TC4合金

研究不同烧结温度对TC4合金的显微组织演变及性能的影响。结果表明

烧结态TC4合金的显微组织明显细化

合金主要由片状α相和β相组成

且合金宏观及微区元素分布均匀;随着烧结温度升高

TC4合金的抗拉强度逐渐提高

最大为1 018 MPa

当烧结温度超过1 260℃时

继续提高烧结温度

合金的力学性能提升幅度较小;TC4合金的塑性随温度的升高呈先升高后下降的趋势

最大伸长率（δ

）为8.8%。

Abstract

In order to improve microstructure and composition segregation of the casting titanium alloys

TC4 alloys was fabricated by powder metallurgy method based on mixing element method and cold isostatic pressing.The effects of sintering temperature on performance and microstructure of TC4 alloys were investigated by OM

SEM and tensile testing.Results show that the microstructure of sintered TC4 alloys can be refined obviously and it is mainly composed ofαandβphase with the uniform distribution of element.With increasing in sintering temperature

tensile1 strength of the sintered TC4 alloy can be improved greatly.With sintered temperature more than 1 260℃

increase of mechanical properties of the alloy can be ignored with increasing in sintering temperature.Elongation of the alloy is increased firstly and then declined with sintering temperature increase.The maximum value of tensile strength and elongation can reach up to 1 018 MPa and 8.8%

respectively.
