摘要

围绕冷轧金属复合板的结合机理

通过改变表面处理的打磨磨具（钢丝刷和砂带）

研究了表面处理磨具对冷轧4A60铝/08Al钢复合板结合性能的影响。结果表明

同等条件下

采用砂带表面处理获得的钢表面优于钢丝刷处理后的钢表面;采用目数为150

80号砂带表面处理有利于4A60铝/08Al钢复合

获得的面粗糙度约为3.2μm

铝/钢界面结合强度最高约为80 MPa。

Abstract

Basing on cold-rolling bonding mechanism about lamination composite materials

influence of surface treatment on bonding properties of 4A60Al/08 Al steel clodding strip by cold-rolling bonding was analyzed by changing the process parameters（different abrasive grinding）.The results show that at the same conditions

surface of the steel after treatment by abrasive belt is superior to that of the treatment by wire brush.Surface treatment by 150#

80# abrasive belt is beneficial to compound 4A60/08 Al

where surface roughness reaches approximately 3.2μm

and the shearing strength of Al/steel interface is about 80 MPa.
