摘要

研究了退火工艺对压下率为23.7%、30.5%、36.4%的AZ31镁合金的影响

结果表明

经过退火处理

镁合金板材的显微组织得到了明显改善

晶粒等轴化

孪晶消失

晶界变得清晰;退火后板材的显微硬度大幅度下降;由于退火的软化作用

抗拉强度有所下降。

Abstract

Effects of annealing treatment on microstructure and properties of rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy at reduction of 23.7%

30.5% and 36.4%.The results reveal that after annealing treatment

microstructure of magnesium alloy sheet is improved greatly

where the dendtitic structure is converted into equiaxed ones with absence of twin grains as well as clear grain boundary.Micro-hardness of the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with annealing treatment is declined obviously

in addition

tensile strength of the sheet is decreased as a result of softening effects of the annealing treatment.
