对TA18合金Φ25mm×5mm管材进行两辊冷轧
检测和分析了变形各段的尺寸、金相组织和硬度。结果表明
两辊冷轧后
管材从退火态变为轧制态
晶粒形态由等轴状变为纤维状;压下段塑性变形集中
加工硬化剧烈
硬度(HV1)由222提高至267;降低空减径量可有效提高管材内壁品质。
Abstract
The size
microstructure and hardness at different deformation sections of TA18tubes(Φ25mm×5 mm)after two-roll cold-rolling processing were investigated.The experimental results show that microstructure of TA18 alloy tubes is changed from annealing state into rolling state
and the morphology of grains is transformed into fibrous shape from equiaxed shape after cold rolling.The concentrated plastic deformation occurs in the reduction period
resulting in the severe working hardening of the tubes
so hardness of the tubes is increased from 222HV1 to 267HV1.Through reducing the empty size
the wall quality of tubes can be improved effectively.
