效果的影响
采用XRD对体系反应产物进行分析
计算体系质量损失率来衡量反应结果。结果表明
体系中水分压与氢气分压的比小于10-5时
保持反应温度为1 200℃、恒温3h
控制氢气流量为1L/min并加入1%的Cr为添加剂时
Cr
2
O
3
及K
2
Cr
2
O
7
均可以被H2还原
K
2
Cr
2
O
7
的还原效果更好。
Abstract
The method of hydrogen reduction for preparing metal chromium was proposed.The thermodynamic process of hydrogen reduction Cr
2
O
3
or K
2
Cr
2
O
7
was described
and influences of dynamic factors were analyzed
such as additives
hydrogen flow rate
reaction time and temperature on hydrogen reduction of Cr
2
O
3
and K
2
Cr
2
O
7
.The result of reaction system was analyzed by XRD and weight loss rate.The results reveal that Cr
2
O
3
and K
2
Cr
2
O
7
can be restored by H
2
in the system with the water pressure and hydrogen partial pressure ratio less than 10-5 at 1 200 ℃for 3h through controlling the hydrogen flow rate at 1L/min and adding 1%Cr
