The relationship of annealling temperature and time with copper-aluminum composite laminate thickness was analyzed.The results reveal that thickness of copper-aluminum composite laminate is increased with increasing in the annealing temperature and time.The peeling strength of copper-aluminum composite laminate is increased firstly and then decreased with the time increase at a fixed heating temperature.The maximum peeling strength of copper-aluminum composite laminate when the heating treatment temperature is the lower.The peeling strength is related with diffusive motion on the boundary in diffusion process.The relation of peeling strength and thickness of diffusion layer were presented through fitting the data
and relation model of peeling strength and heat treatment technology was established
which provided a theory reference for optimizing heat treatment technology.
