摘要

钢铁零件成形制造是制造业的基础

挤压铸造成形钢铁及其复合材料具有绿色、环保、高品质的特点

代表了钢铁零件成形制造的新方向。论述了近年来在挤压铸造钢铁材料的力学性能和耐磨性方面的研究进展

分析了挤压铸造轧辊、耐磨复合板锤、衬板、制动盘以及其他钢铁零件的技术原理、工艺方案和未来应用前景。

Abstract

Iron-steel material parts are the base of the industry.The squeezing casting iron-steel and its compound materials have the features of green

environmetal friendly and high quality

presenting the future direction of iron-steel manufacturing and forming.Progress in tensile behavior and wear resistance of squeezing casting iron-steel materials was reviewed.Meanwhile

technical principle

processing and developing prospect were described for squeezing casting roller

wear-resistant compound hammer

lined plate

braked disc and other parts.
