石英砂高温焙烧提高树脂自硬砂强度的机理
摘要
采用扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段研究了焙烧前后石英砂表面杂质元素变化及树脂砂断口形貌特征。结果表明
高温焙烧可有效去除砂粒表面的杂质
降低碤砂的发气性
改善石英砂的湿润性
有利于形成完整、高强度的粘结桥
使树脂砂的断裂特征从附着断裂向内聚断裂转化
显著提高了树脂砂的强度。
Abstract
With the help of SEM and EDS
the impurity elements change in quartz sand surface before and after baking and resin sand fracture morphology were investigated.The results indicate that high temperature baking can remove effectively impurities in the surface of the sand
and reduce the gas evolution of quartz sand to improve the wettability of quartz sand
which is good for forming a complete
high strength bond bridge
leading to the fracture features of resin sand changed from the adhesive to the cohesive
improving greatly the strength of the resin sand.
