Al2O3含量对Mo-WC-Co钼合金性能的影响
摘要
采用粉末冶金技术制备了Mo-WC-Co合金
利用金相显微镜、XRD、SEM和EDS等手段分析了Al
2
O
3
添加量对合金组织的影响
并研究Al
2
O
3
含量对合金硬度及耐磨性的影响。研究表明
Mo-WC-Co合金的晶粒度和孔隙率随着Al
2
O
3
含量的增加逐渐减小;当Al
2
O
3
含量为0.2%时合金烧结致密度最高;Al
2
O
3
含量超过0.2%时合金的硬度趋于平稳但耐磨性下降。
Abstract
Mo-WC-Co alloy was prepared by powder melullurgy method.Effects of Al
2
O
3
content on microstructure
hardness and wear-resistance of the alloy were investigated by OM
XRD
SEM and EDS.The results reveal that grain size and porosities of the Mo-WC-Co alloy are reduced with increasing in Al
2
O
3
content.The relative density of the alloy with 0.2% Al
2
O
3
content reaches the maximum value.With Al
2
O
3
content more than 0.2%
hardness of the alloy keeps stable while the wear-resistance is declined.
