摘要

采用基于CFD的Euler-Lagrange方法

模拟研究了搅拌铸造法制备SiO2/Al颗粒增强复合材料在不同搅拌转速（200、400、600r/min）下的增强颗粒分布特性。在不同搅拌速度下制备了SiO2/Al复合材料铸件

对复合材料铸件不同位置处的颗粒分布特性进行金相观测和量化分析

并与数值模拟结果对比。结果表明

试验量化结果与数值模拟结果一致;搅拌速度太低或过高使颗粒在搅拌槽特定区域聚集

产生较多的团聚;最优的搅拌转速是400r/min。

Abstract

Through adopting Euler-Lagrange method based on CFD

particle distribution of particle reinforced SiO2/Al composites at different stirring speed（200

400

600r/min）was simulated.SiO2/Al composites were prepared at different stirring speed to observe particle distribution at varied position.The results reveal that quantative results are well in agreement with the simulated ones.Particle can agglomerate at some certain region under inappropriate stirring speed.400r/min is satisifed.
