虚拟试验设计在局部加压工艺改善中的应用
摘要
压铸过程中由于局部加压工艺参数基本上凭借技术人员的经验去设定
造成局部加压效果不明显以及压铸件品质波动大。以某汽车缸盖罩铸件为例
以减小铸件缩孔为目标
对局部加压参数进行了试验设计。运用计算机模拟筛选出了满足目标的局部加压工艺参数。结果表明
采用筛选后的局部加压工艺参数
铸件的内部品质得到明显提高
保证了局部加压工艺的稳定性
提高了经济效益。
Abstract
During die casting process
the local pressurization parameters were designed by experience
resulting in the fluctuation of the part quality.The local pressurization parameters for a cylinder head cover were optimized by the DOE technique to reduce the porosity and improve the quality.After computer simulation
the optimized parameters were presented.The results reveal that by applying optimized pressurization parameters
internal quality is improved significantly
and the steady of pressurization process is improved
