GH3625合金管材热挤压过程的数值模拟

利用ABAQUS软件对高温合金GH3625热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟分析
获得坯料在不同工艺参数下的温度场、应力场的分布及挤压力变化情况。结果表明
通过GH3625热压缩模拟的数据计算所得挤压力的大小与模拟结果数值上接近
为进一步的试验研究及管材加工奠定了基础。适宜的挤压参数:坯料预热温度为1 180

200℃、挤压速度为50mm/s、模具预热温度为400℃。此外
实际生产中应该避免模具预热至350℃
以防止坯料出现过烧现象。
Abstract
The hot extrusion process for superalloy GH3625 was simulated numerically using finite element method on the ABAQUS.Influences of different processing parameters on the extrusion process were analyzed to obtain charge of stress and temperature fields of billet and extrusion force.By using data obtained from hot compression simulation experiment
the results show that the simulated value of extrusion force is closed to the calculated value from the empirical formula.It is established foundation to further experimental research and tube processing.The desirable processing parameters are presented as follows:initial billet temperature of 1 180

extruding speed of 50mm/s and initial die temperature of 400℃.Morever
the preheating temperature of the die must be strictly controlled below 350℃to prevent overheating structure in practical production.
