采用Cu-Sn钎料炉中钎焊不锈钢/Cu接头
并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度计、万能拉伸试验机和疲劳试验机对钎焊接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析评估。结果表明
接头气密性良好
在不锈钢与钎料的交界处出现连续条状组织
其为铁素体不锈钢组织。金属间化合物Cu31Sn8依附于铁素体不锈钢呈网状向钎缝内部生长
在Cu31Sn8与铁素体不锈钢交界处的局部地方出现块状金属间化合物
可能为Fe(Cr)P复合物;钎焊后接头处铜管的显微硬度显著下降
而不锈钢管的显微硬度变化不明显;经拉伸试验后在远离钎缝的铜管上断裂
抗拉强度达到240 MPa
经应力幅为37 MPa的循环载荷约50万次后
试样没有断裂也没有裂纹出现
钎焊接头的力学性能良好。
A solder joint of 304L/Cu-Sn/Cu was brazed in furnace
and microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed joint were analyzed and evaluated by OM
SEM
micro-hardness tester
tensile tester and fatigue tester.The results show that tightness of the joint exhibits desirable
and continuous strip structure can be observed at the junction of stainless steel and solder
which is composed of ferritic phase steel.The net-like intermetallic compound Cu31Sn8 attached ferritic stainless steel is grown to inside
and some bulk of intermetallic compound presents in the junction of ferritic stainless steel and Cu31Sn8
which may be Fe(Cr)P compound.Hardness of copper near the joint is decreased significantly
while the hardness change of 304 Lcan be ignored after brazed.Copper is cracked at place away from solder joint during tensile testing
where tensile strength of the joint reaches 240 MPa.After experienced about 50 million times cyclic load with 37 MPa stress amplitude
there is no crack in the specimen
which reveals that the brazed joint has excellent mechanical properties.
