摘要

以新型Ti/TiC叠层复合材料为研究对象

建立有限元模型

基于有限元方法和结构力学理论

以有限元分析软件ANSYS为平台

对叠层复合材料在一定约束和载荷作用下进行了静态和动态应力分析。研究表明

Ti/TiC叠层复合材料相比金属钛的力学性能得到显著提高

具有更好的强度和刚度。当层厚比为2∶1时

其抗弯强度模拟值为1 684.26 MPa

与实得抗弯强度1 571.51MPa接近。在冲击载荷作用下

Ti/TiC叠层复合材料前6阶模态值更高

不易产生共振

可将更多的能量转化为势能

通过自身吸收的很少。

Abstract

Based on the finite element method and theory of structural mechanics

static and dynamic stress of the Ti/TiC laminated composites were investigated by ANSYS software

and the finite element model was established.The results show that the mechanical properties of Ti/TiC laminated composites are improved significantly compared with those of Ti.When the thickness-layer ratio is 2∶1

the simulated bending strength of laminated composite reaches 1 684.26 MPa

which is closed to the experimental value 1 571.51 MPa.Under impact loading

the six order modal values of Ti/TiC laminated composites are the higher

so it is difficult to generate the resonance

and more energy can be converted into potential energy with less absorption.
