熔模铸造时存在局部缩松
影响铸件的正常使用
产品合格率低。借助ProCAST软件
在分析原有工艺方案的基础上
对浇注系统的结构进行了重新设计
新的浇注系统为铸件边缘部分提供金属补缩
解决了涡管铸件热节处的缩松缺陷
提高了产品的合格率。
Abstract
The medical stainless steel vortex tube has complex structure
uneven wall thickness and isolated spots
so shrinkage porosities always appear in the investment casting
which affects the normal use of the vortex tube.Also
the qualified rate of product is decreased.The pouring system was redesigned by using the ProCAST software after the analysis of initial system.The new pouring system successfully resolved the shrinkage defects in the vortex tube casting by providing metal feeding for the edge position of the castings
