摘要

利用ProCAST软件对00Cr18Ni10N不锈钢复杂多孔薄壁结构件的熔模铸造过程进行数值模拟

观察铸件的充型与凝固过程

及其可能产生的缺陷。确定熔模铸造最佳工艺参数:型壳温度为800℃

浇注温度为1 650℃

充型压力为0.4Pa

充型速度为0.8m/s。采用固溶后再退火的热处理工艺

得到最佳热处理参数如下:1 020℃×2.5h固溶处理

风冷;900℃×1.5h退火处理

风冷。经验证表明

铸件成形效果良好

化学成分均匀

无明显气孔、缩松等缺陷;铸件抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率分别高于其技术要求规定8.29%、3.86%和80%。

Abstract

The investment casting of complex multi-hole thin-wall structure parts of 00Cr18Ni10 Nalloy was simulated by using ProCAST software.The possible defects in filling and solidification process were predicted.The optimized parameters of investment casting are presented as follows:shell preheating at800 ℃

pouring at 1 650 ℃

filling pressure of 0.4Pa and filling velocity of 0.8m/s.Optimized heat treatment parameters are presented as follows:solid solution at 1 020 ℃for 2.5hand air-cooled

and then annealing at 900 ℃for 1.5h+air-cooled.The results reveal that the investment castings exhibit desirable appearance with uniform chemical composition and absence of obvious defects such as porosity and shrinkage.Tensile strength

yield strength and elongation of the investment castings are increased technical requirements by 8.29%

3.86% and 80%

respectively.
