半固态6061铝合金两段式二次加热工艺研究
摘要
采用新型的两段式二次加热工艺
研究了不同二次加热温度对6061铝合金微观组织的影响
并与常规二次加热工艺进行了对比分析。结果表明
采用新型的两段式二次加热可以明显改善半固态坯料的微观结构
获得等效圆直径更小、圆整度更高的晶粒
更有利于触变成形。6061铝合金最佳的两段式二次加热工艺为:先在595℃保温5min
随后在10min内升高至640℃
继续保温15min
此时晶粒平均等效直径为121.9μm
平均圆整度为0.72.
Abstract
A novel two-stage reheating process has been applied to investigate the microstructural evolution of semi-solid aluminum alloy 6061 at varied temperature
which was compared with that of ones in traditional reheating process.The results reveal that a desirable semi-solid microstructure with a higher roundness
smaller equivalent diameters can be obtained in the novel two-stage reheating process
significantly improving the thixoforming.The optimum microstructure with the equivalent diameter of 121.9μm and spheroidization value of 0.72 can be obtained with previously preheated to the stage-one temperature at 590 ℃for 5min
then heated to the scheme stage-two temperature at 640 ℃ within 10 min.
