工作液电导率对黄铜表面质量的影响

研究了电火花线切割工作液电导率对低熔点、低硬度黄铜材料表面质量的影响。采用微观形貌观察及能谱分析
研究了黄铜3次线切割后的加工表面粗糙度和表层形貌。结果表明
随着工作液电导率的增加
黄铜表面粗糙度先减小后增大
最佳值为1.63μm。加工表面有凹坑、不规则熔滴、球状熔滴、电解针孔和微观裂纹
且随工作液电导率的不同而分布不同;重铸层无钼元素
故钼丝无熔化损耗;氧含量随工作液电导率的增加而增大。
Abstract
Influence of the conductivity of working fluid on quality of brass surface with low melting point and low hardness was investigated by single factor experiment.Based on observation and analysis of the surface microscopic morphology and chemical composition in processing surface
the processed surface roughness and the surface layer of the brass after cutting three times by electric sparking were analyzed.The results reveal that the surface roughness of the brass has a highly significant non-linear relationship with the conductivity of working liquid.With the increase of conductivity of working liquid
brass surface roughness is decreased firstly and then increased
where the minimum value is 1.63μm.The machining surface exhibits concave
irregular drop with tiny holes
ball drop
electrolytic pinhole and micro crack
which are different distribution with different conductivity of working liquid.Because the recast layer without Mo element
the molybdenum wire presnts nearly without melting loss.Oxygen content is increased with the increase of the conductivity of working liquid.
