摘要

简要概述了高温合金与熔模铸造用陶瓷材料

包括陶瓷型芯及陶瓷型壳的界面反应研究现状。高温合金与陶瓷材料的界面反应与陶瓷材料种类、合金成分密切相关。陶瓷材料中的SiO2以及高温合金中的C、Cr、Al、Hf等活性元素是参与界面反应的主要组元

反应产物主要有Al2O3、Cr2O3以及HfO2等

界面反应严重影响铸件的表面质量。界面反应并非合金元素与陶瓷材料氧化物之间简单的置换反应

并且

界面反应的发生需合金中活性元素的含量达到一定数值。

Abstract

Interface reactions between superalloys and the ceramic materials in investment casting were reviewed.The interface reaction between superalloy and ceramic materials is closely related with ceramic material kinds

alloy composition.SiO2 in ceramic materials and C

Hf elements in superalloy are the key elements for interface reaction.The reaction products consist of Al2O3

Cr2O3 and HfO2

greatly affecting the quality of castings.The content of active elements should reach up to proper level to realize interface reaction.
